[tlhIngan Hol] Windows 10 with tlh-latn

[qurgh lungqIj]

The steps I followed:

Action Center -> All Settings
All Settings -> Time & Language
Time & Language -> Region & language
Click on "Klingon (tlh-Latn)"
Click on Options
Click on "Add a keyboard"
Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on "Klingon (pIqaD, United
States)" .

You should now have "Klingon (pIqaD)" listed under "Klingon (tlh-Latn)" in
the language list (accessible using Windows + Space).
