No, the prefixes mean something different when used with *-lu'. vI-* 
means first-person singular object; *wI-* means first-person plural 
object; *Da-* means second-person singular object; *bo-* means 
second-person plural object. With *-lu',* these prefixes don't indicate 
any sort of subject.
