When you have questions of canonicity, it is often instructive to look at
the source of the information. Voragh is pretty good about giving
references; in this case "(MO via ghunchu'wI', 7/27/2009)". The mailing
list archives are online.


None of it is a direct quote from Dr. Okrand. We are not [yet] in the habit
of literally recording everything he speaks.
