I found a nearly identical example earlier (PB, paqraD 1:5):
Daq SumHa'vo' wab Huj Qoylu'
Strange sounds come from afar
As SuStel pointed out, it’s poetic license: {Daq SumHa’vo’} vs. {Daq HopHa’Daq}.
Curiously they both have a Type 5 suffix.

a while ago the Ca'non master shared this sentence:

Not far away, Kotar and his Qempa'keh, are in search for their souls. (PB)
The {-Ha'} on the {Hop} seems rather strange; why not write just {Daq SumDaq} ?
Maybe for the same reason the English didn't use nearby?
