a) Everything is possible ;-)
b) I checked Okrand's message: it's {’arHentInya’}
c) Note that many countries typically end with {-ya'} in Klingon,
including {qarDaSya'} and {romuluSya'} so I'm sure it's not a typo. At
the qepHom 2016, we even talked about that (-ya' ending) while looking
at the list because someone said that "Slovakia" should be SIlovaqya' or
so, but when we checked the original Name of Slovakia, it was clear that
it's right with {SIlovenISqa’}. During that session, Okrand pointed at
the repeated {-ya'} with other countries. So I'm quite sure he intended
to say {’arHentInya’}. If not, I think we're stuck with it now :-)
