[tlhIngan Hol] The qep''a 2016 new wods

I have worked through the qep'a' 2016 new words and added them in my personal Klingon to-English dictionary. A query arises: {QumeH ngaSwI} means "mold (for casting)", but what does {QumeH} by itself mean? Does  {QumeH ngaSwI} mean "enclosure for the purpose (-meH) of doing the action of an as-yet-unrevealed verb {qu}?
