Some people are creating a new application to connect with native speakers
and other language learners to practice the languages you would like to
learn. It's called "Amikumu" and will be released in 2017. The novelty
about this app is that you will be able to select not just from dozens or a
hundred languages, but from all languages with ISO codes (and then some
more). And Klingon does have an ISO code (namely, <tlh>).
So, I deem this app potential very useful to locate other Klingon speakers
and learners, and also to organize events for people to practice the
language. (of course, many of us are language enthusiasts as well). Maybe
have a look, and if you think this is helpful, consider donating some money
to them (as I did).
