Clearly not. TKD, chapter 3.4 The noun-noun-construction says "When the 
noun-noun-construction is used, only the second noun can take syntactic 
suffixes (Type 5)".

That is:
{HungvaD 'obe'} NO
{Hung 'obe'vaD} YES
