[tlhIngan Hol] Disturbing irregularities

I returned with a final (hopefully) question ;

In the case that we ask "where is a/the", then the {'oH} or {ghaH}, in
the middle is imperative right ?

For example I can only say {nuqDaq 'oH puH Duj'e'} and not {nuqDaq puH
Duj}, right ?
