[tlhIngan Hol] Verb suffix order

This makes a lot of sense to me! I can't say I've exactly done the exercise
that you've done, but I am definitely at a point now (after a few years of
speaking) that it comes down to feeling. Yes, I've memorized (and since
forgotten) the exact order a few times but the *feeling* of it is where
fluency lies!
