Even then, I'd say something like {mayqel jIH'e'} "I, and only I, am
Michael" (see the example using {jIH'e'} in TKD 3.3.5).
For extra emphasis, maybe even: {jIH *jIH* mayqel'e'} for "Michael is
*me*"! :-) I think it's weird to refer to oneself using {ghaH}, but as
you say it's marked.
