Commenting on just the grammar rather than the content of what you wrote:
* {loH} does not mean "administer" in the sense of "deliver a
substance", but rather "govern"
* even if it did, {nIm} would be the object and not the subject
* {SuSHa'} is hard to understand with your intended meaning
* {borghvaD bIjatlhbe'} means "you're not talking to the Borg",
presumably you want something imperative.
