in 99.9 percent of current computer systems, tha case of mail addresses 
does not matter. Use tlhIngan-Hol at kli.org or tlhingan-hol at kli.org or 
even tLhInGaN-hOl at kli.ORG

Admin, correct me if I'm wrong.
(actually, I'm trying the ugly example above, so if it arrives, it's 
confirmed)
