..but when the time comes for someone to answer a "where is a/the"
question, then the {'oHtaH} or {ghaHtaH} is imperative, right ?

for example, we can only say {tawDaq 'oHtaH puH Duj'e'}, and not
{tawDaq puH Duj}, right ?
