I guess he tried to translate the subject line: "Homo homini lupus" 
which means something like "the Human is a danger for himself", but 
literally "the human is the human's wolve".

I'd say this more like
{HumanvaD jagh ghaH Human'e'}
or
{rut Human jagh Da Human}

Just my idea.
