[tlhIngan Hol] Children's Books and working toward a Graduated Reader

I'm interested in finding out more about the status of those things too,
and what I can do to help with them (if help is needed). We have a few
other KLI things to talk about too at the qep'a'. Do we want to set an
offical time for "KLI Business"? So others can come if they want, but it
doesn't override the normal schedule.
