[tlhIngan Hol] Children's Books and working toward a Graduated Reader

Who said anything about publishing? Alright, I did say that I wanted to
make a packet -- which I guess implies photocopy-publishing of a sort --
but I mean to make this for casual educational purposes.

As for the KLI's continued inaction regarding publishing {nuq bop bom}, I
think that is a terrible shame. In my personal opinion we should be pushing
to first renew and then to renegotiate our (former) license so that we can
publish new works. The current (and undemocratically arrived-upon) policy
of ignoring the problem is hampering the development of our literature.
