Thanks for the usage notes!

Note the use of {nargh} “escape” in:

  taj DopmeyDaq nargh cha' tajHom
Two small, secondary blades eject from the knife's sides SP2

Compare the verb {woD} “throw away”:

(KGT 91): "Food that has decayed… is food that has become inedible and must be thrown away, though it is sometimes given to animals. (Note that {Soj woD} [“He/she throws the food away”], which refers to a regrettable activity, is very different from {Soj jaD} [“He/she throws or hurls the food in the manner of a projectile”], which, under certain circumstances, is considered a reasonable pastime.)

mej leave, depart
tlheD depart
polHa' discard
jaD throw around, hurl about

Marc said about this word that it's for physically ejecting or expelling things only. It doesn't cover the meaning of "eject" or "expel" when a person is asked to leave somewhere and does so through their own ability (he was ejected from the club so he left and went home, the principal expelled the student), however it does count if the bouncer/teacher picks the person up and physically throws them out of the building.
