AFAIK never used in a sentence.

Okrand's use of "tolerate" in KGT:

(KGT 169):  Among the more tolerated grammatical errors...

(KGT 190):  Mistakes of this kind are simply not tolerated and there are no recorded instances of anyone living long enough to repeat the offense.

(KGT 197):  To call a Klingon by an inappropriate name or title is to dishonor him or her and is never tolerated.
