Yes, sufficient pressure and gravity would do the trick, but why spend the energy when exposure to space is more than sufficient?

Did you mean {voQSIp bIrqu'}?

Cold is not the only condition under which liquid nitrogen can be
produced. It can also be produced under high pressure, such as, say, a
planet with a nitrogen atmosphere and sufficient gravity. (Hey, we're
talking Star Trek, right?)
